TourHub is a travel booking platform that I built with my team, NextGen Dev. It makes it easy for users to find, select, and book tour packages. The platform includes features like package filtering, itineraries, payment integration, and reviews to create a smooth experience for both travelers and tour operators. TourHub was designed to help people plan their trips easily while offering personalized options to make their travel experiences memorable.

One of the main challenges in developing TourHub was the change in team size. Initially, we started with a team of five members, but shortly after beginning development, the team reduced to just three. This put extra pressure on the remaining team members to manage the workload and ensure the project stayed on track.

Despite this, we managed to adapt by redistributing tasks and working more efficiently. The smaller team size helped streamline communication and allowed us to focus more on delivering high-quality features, ensuring the platform's success despite the challenge.
