This period was a turning point in my growth as a developer. I successfully completed the 'Reactive Accelerator' program from Learn with Sumit with an overall score of 89.5%, where I mastered clean code practices, SSR, CSR, SSG, server actions, API routes, middleware, and advanced React concepts such as snapshots and the nuanced behavior of useEffect. At the same time, I completed a free course on HackerRank and earned the Basic (CSS) certificate, further strengthening my frontend foundation. Additionally, I joined the Ostad platform to learn Prisma ORM, which significantly boosted my confidence in full-stack development and motivated me to start applying for jobs.

Joined as frontend developer and quickly progressed to unofficial team leadership within 3 months, demonstrating natural leadership abilities.

Promoted to handle end-to-end project management with a 12-member team including frontend, backend developers, and UI/UX designers.

Selected for the Extended Leadership Forum, recognizing my contribution to the company's growth and leadership potential. Alongside strategic involvement, I was also responsible for growing and strengthening the Web Development Service team, ensuring its long-term scalability and impact within the company.

Promoted to Head of Web Development, overseeing both day and night shift operations. Leading the entire web development division with strategic oversight.
